1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PATT website and our coaching services. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

PATT is a partnership operating in Victoria, Australia.

2. Our Services

We provide table tennis coaching, including group sessions, 1-to-1 private coaching, corporate events, and related digital products. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling may change.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are made via our website, booking platforms, or direct contact.

  • A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and we issue confirmation.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details.

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the website unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access; or copy, scrape, or reproduce our content without permission.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, drill libraries, training materials, video, and the Flow Motion platform — is owned by or licensed to PATT and protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, testimonials, footage), you grant PATT a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and promoting our services. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

8. Video & Coaching

Coaching sessions may involve video recording for analysis (see our Privacy Policy). Participation in physical coaching carries inherent risks; you participate voluntarily and are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions affecting your safety.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the ACL. Where permitted, our liability for a failure to comply with a guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to Section 9), PATT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
