This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Agility Table Tennis (PATT, we, us, our) — a partnership operating in Victoria, Australia — collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information. 3. Children's Information
We collect personal information about children under 18 for our junior coaching and school programs. We collect this information from a parent or guardian, who provides it on the child's behalf. We are mindful of the forthcoming Children's Online Privacy Code (registered by 10 December 2026) and handle children's data with additional care. Parents/guardians may access, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time.
4. Video Footage (Flow Motion)We use Flow Motion, our video analysis platform, to record and analyse playing technique for coaching purposes. Video footage is personal information. We:Record footage only for coaching, analysis, and (where separately consented) promotional use;Store footage securely with restricted access;Obtain separate, explicit consent before using any footage for marketing or public display;For juniors, obtain parent/guardian consent for any footage.
5. How We Use Your InformationWe use personal information to: provide coaching and bookings; process payments; communicate with you; analyse and improve technique (Flow Motion); send marketing (with consent); maintain safety and records; and meet legal obligations.
6. Automated Decision-Making
We use automated systems, including an AI Admin Assistant, to help manage bookings (e.g. matching coach availability, scheduling, confirmations). These systems use your contact details, booking preferences, and availability to assist with scheduling decisions. A human reviews and confirms all bookings — no legally or financially significant decision is made about you by automated means alone. You may request human review of any automated process by contacting us. (This section addresses the automated decision-making transparency requirement commencing 10 December 2026.)
7. Cookies & AnalyticsOur website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We use analytics and advertising tools listed in Section 8.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls, secure platforms, and encryption where appropriate. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Breaches.
If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
11. Accessing & Correcting Your Information
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us at patabletennis@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period (generally 30 days). You may also request deletion, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
12. Marketing & Unsubscribing
We send marketing only with your consent. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option, actioned within 5 business days, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
