Cancellation Policy
Peak Agility Table Tennis – Terms & Conditions 1. Participant Fitness & Risk Acknowledgement By booking and attending any PATT session, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in table tennis activities. You understand that table tennis involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks of injury. You agree to participate at your own risk and release PATT from liability except where required by law. 2. Behaviour & Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow players. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund. 3. Liability Waiver PATT is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during sessions, except where required by Australian consumer law. 4. Session Changes or Cancellations by PATT PATT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as venue issues, coach illness, or extreme weather. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a credit. 5. Photo & Video Consent By attending a PATT session, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional, marketing, and training purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify PATT in writing before your session. 6. Refund Policy • Partial Refund (50%) – If cancelled at least 48 hours before the session. • No Refund – If cancelled within 24 hours before the session. • Package credits follow the same cancellation policy and must be used within their stated validity period.
